I Find it quite difficult to complain regarding a Treatment , However the mere fact that this session left me feeling more stressed and in discomfort than how i felt when i walked in there , is the reason why i

- Firstly on a hot summers day in durban , i dont think it was fair for the air conditioning in the rooms to not be working. This created a warm , uncomfortable and sweaty experience that was purely dreadful. This was not due to loadshedding because our session started at 9. And loadshedding was only after 10 , mutuple times we Requested for our therapist to check on why the air con was not working
- the loud noises coming from the room adjacent made it a very noisy experience, there was lots of dragging of tables , dropping of utensils . And just loud noises
- the overall massage felt like a lotion just being applied to my body .
- i was meant to be getting a R100 off voucher and a welcome drink . This qas never done , and was stipulated on the hyperli voucher i bought
Unfortunately neither me or my family will be revisiting .

We will definitely coming back. We also loved the welcoming drinks everything was perfect.”
