“We were very disappointed in the product delivered. There was paint scratched and the trim was stuck together with sticky tape. I emailed this to your service department and they were not interested in helping as they said we raised the complaint more than 7 days after delivery. We were away at the time. I advised your staff that I was not happy and never received a reply. I did not even open the 2nd box because the quality on the 1st one was so poor. This is not what I expected from your online business. The CPA rules give the supplier 6 month's to have the unit repaired to a satisfactory condition.
