I bought it for my domestic worker who has no geyser. It works very well, but understandably uses a lot of power which is a problem for her. At least the family now has hot/warm water when they need it.

Both buckets were faulty however I git replacements without returning the faulty buckets. The replacement turnaround time was excellent...
