“We have been ordering Flexoplex for years and we love the product but Greedy price increases is making us look for another product to replace Flexoplex... not because we can’t afford it, but because you should take into account valued customers who return on a regular basis and grandfather them in at a lower price or at least a better discount. Not only did you raise your prices but you no longer offer a package where we get a free keychain or the muscle rub. Just looks like I’m giving my money to a company that doesn’t think about their customer anymore.”
