“My first pair of i7Buds arrived and didn't hold their charge. I wanted a replacement which they were happy to do, but on reading their returns policy, expect me to pay for the return postage. I don't think this is right for a faulty item. It is now over a month since placing my first order, and all I have is a faulty pair of buds. Not impressed.”
