“My order was for wireless Bluetooth Airbuds at £29.99. I received i11 (5.0) TWS airbuds which is a far cheaper product. I have brought this to the attention of customer services but am still awaiting a response which may be due to the Covid 19 situation. In the meantime check your order to ensure you have been sent what you ordered. If my son hadn't already ordered Airbuds from this company and received the correct order I would have assumed I had been sent the correct product as they are very similar to look at. The packaging and product is however different. So please take care and check your order.”
