“When I received this item at the beginning of March, the left bud was not working. I contacted i7Pro and eventually heard back from them. As requested, I posted the buds back on 27 March, asking for a replacement and have heard nothing since, despite emailing on 6 May. I know we are in a difficult situation but post and email are still available and I am not at all happy!!”
“I received my original order which were faulty. I returned these (at a cost to myself) and have not received the replacement. This has been going on since March!!! No correspondence/explaination. Won't be rushing back to this company.”
“I sent this item back to you over 3 weeks ago and have written 3 times to let you know this and asked to receive a refund. Unfortunately I have heard nothing from you. I would rather write no review rather than a bad review however I now have been left no option as you have not communicated with me or refunded my money.
The i7Buds did not work..they did not charge...there were never any lights, of any colour, on the earplugs...the item as far as I could work out did not work. This is why I have returned them to you and am still asking for £29.99 refund.
I look forward to getting this resolved now that this information is now in the public arena.”
