I am very sorry to hear that your Herringbone Grey iBeani appears to have slipped through our stringent quality control process and has arrived with you a little to full. I note that you have resolved this now, but we would have loved the opportunity to have put this right for you, as it does come with a 12-month warranty and we always want every single customer to be completely satisfied.
It is worth noting that the base of the iBeani does have a zipped closure that with our guidance can be teased open in order to adjust the fill level.
