It's super solid, comfortable to sit at and easy to set for 8 or 12 people. It doesn't dominate the dining room, it simply looks like it was meant to be a part of the room making it feel like a very welcoming dining area. “I would give this table 6 stars if possible. First of all it is solid oak instead of cheaper veneer. Secondly it looks beautiful and exactly like it does in the photos. Finally the price was exceptional. I had been looking for a table like this for several months and anything else I had seen was so far out of my price range. I am going to pre order the chairs now.”
