“I would have given 5 stars for or experience with Icon By Design, but we were let down by a delayed delivery . That's not so bad in itself, however we had to call IBD and chase it up, who were unaware that the product was still sitting somewhere on a shelf. You'd think a better tracking system would be utilised that would alert them that the delivery had not taken place, and they check up on it. The table itself is very nice and the staff were always friendly to deal with.”

“The head of the company came around to my place in his own time to help me put my table together. That is service over and above what you would normally expect. I hadn't realised it, but putting the table together was my responsibility and part of the reason for the low price. But as I am an older woman living on my own, he helped me out for no additional charge. Also I have been very happy with the table and get many admiring comments.”
