“Firstly the salesman in the Sydney showroom Juan Carlos was extremely helpful and personable. Secondly I was kept informed all along as to when I should expect my delivery. Thirdly when it arrived the delivery people unpacked, assembled and departed with minimum disruption. I was impressed with the whole process and now that I have my furniture I am delighted with it.”
