“The whole process was very easy including placing the order and delivery. The people at ICON were very helpful over the phone and confirmed the order almost immediately. I was emailed with progress reports when the chest of drawers left the warehouse and was on its way to me. The people from Grace called before the delivery and were very helpful when they delivered the chest of drawers and carefully put it in position for me. The chest of drawers is beautiful with soft-close drawers and a beautiful finish. The various sizes of the drawers makes it very convenient. It is a lovely piece of furniture to have in my home.”
