“Sideboard arrived well packaged. It has the lovely heavy feel of actual timber, unlike cheaper sellers who use mdf and veneer. I was actually surprised by the exemplary quality of this piece! Looks even better than in the photos too! Adam provides amazing customer service. My only complaint is that they should perhaps look into a better courier, Star Track are hopeless with communication and their online tracking can be unreliable.”
“Before I purchased the Jorgen sideboard I contacted Adam to find out if the wood is sustainably sourced and was very pleased when he sent me the FSC certification - tick. We ordered the sideboard not expecting delivery for a month or more as we took advantage of the pre order price and was very pleasantly surprised when we received an email a couple of days later saying that the product was ready to deliver due to an extra piece in their recent delivery - tick. Toll were really helpful with the arrangements for the delivery and although there was a slight delay they rang to let me know - tick. The Jorgen arrived and we unpacked it and it is lovely. Well built and feels solid. Looks great - tick. All in all the customer experience was a pleasure and we are very happy with the product. “It's not often I feel compelled to write a review, however the Jorgen Sideboard is certainly worthy. I was hesitant at first to buy furniture on-line without being able to see and touch it first, but the description read well and the price was extremely competitive so we gave it a go. The fact it was solid oak vs cheaper veneer was a big plus as well. When it arrived I was immediately impressed with the solid build quality and attention to detail. In person it looks exactly like the pictures, and all the doors and draws feel really solid. I can't recommend it enough!”
