“I took day off work for delivery and half way through the day, their courier company called me and said that due to an error my Jonas Display Shelf was not in the van, and tough luck - I would have to take another day off work so they could deliver to me. They promised to call me right back with another delivery date, but didn't bother. The driver then called me and said he had a delivery for me, then called back and said, no he hadn't. This will be the last time I will use Ikon by Design, as this is the second time they have let me down.”
