“I was a little nervous about buying a couch sight unseen, but I'm happy to report that the Olivia three-seater is everything I hoped for and more. I love the exposed wood frame and the very cool way the pillows are held on by dowels. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the fabric, which has some flecks/variation in the overall "sand" color that gives it a really natural and luxe look. I've also found it to be very comfortable - though I'd note that it's definitely not a deep, cushy, swallow-you-up kind of couch. It feels more more like a comfortable, supportive chair. My only complaint is that the shipping company temporarily misplaced my couch, which resulted in a month and a half delay to receive the item, even though it was in stock when I ordered it. But that was entirely the fault of the shipping company and Icon by Design really went above and beyond to help me get the problem sorted out. The customer service on their side was superb and I would absolutely order from them again.”

“Cara was brilliant, keeping us informed every step of the way and holding our lounge suite when our building wasn’t ready by the expected delivery date. The lounge itself is a pleasure to own, and gets a lot of compliments. Would definitely recommend Icon By Design to anyone wanting well-designed high quality furniture without the outrageous price tag.”
