“I was amazed that this product is solid oak, not just a veneer, as found in the major furniture retailers. Adam was wonderful in promptly replying to my queries regarding the dimensions of the the space between the table legs. I already had 8 beech wood/white metal chairs that I wanted to be certain would fit under this table, or the size below. Adam's help made it clear that I needed to purchase the larger size table. “My husband and I looked at various shops for an oak table but they were much too expensive for us. Luckily we came across Icon by Design. We bought the Magnus 240x100cm dining table in solid oak and we absolutely love it! Usually when buying things online, the colour of the item might not match with what is received, so i was anxious about our table as i wanted our chairs that we had at home to match (had zoomed in on photos so many times to see colour and texture of wood) HOWEVER - this table was exactly what we wanted! The colour was as the photos and i have received many comments about our lovely table! Adam was helpful and fast with his responses via email too. Thank you Icon by Design!!”

“Thank you Icon for delivering our table just in time for Christmas! It's an impressively long table that fills our dining room perfectly. It's super solid, comfortable to sit at and easy to set for 8 or 12 people. It doesn't dominate the dining room, it simply looks like it was meant to be a part of the room making it feel like a very welcoming dining area. Our Christmas lunch and dinner will now be enjoyed at one single table rather than in two separate sittings! I highly recommend this table for anyone thinking about upgrading theirs!
