The integration between showroom, call centre, dispatch and delivery is SEAMLESS. By far the most positive furniture shopping experience we have EVER had. Special mention to Natasha in the call centre who bent over backwards to make sure our delivery arrived in time for it to join our other belongings on a long-distance move.
