“Firstly the salesman in the Sydney showroom Juan Carlos was extremely helpful and personable. Secondly I was kept informed all along as to when I should expect my delivery. Thirdly when it arrived the delivery people unpacked, assembled and departed with minimum disruption. I was impressed with the whole process and now that I have my furniture I am delighted with it.”

“I purchased this table (along with chairs and a sideboard) and was delivered and assembled by the delivery guys in my home. Within a month, the table surface finish has badly deteriorated and I contacted customer care. I have been fobbed off with responses that the marks are lacquer lines and minor imperfections, but they are not, it is a poor quality product that Icon By Design refuse to address. I have offered to take the table into the store so it can be visually inspected and they have refused this. Terrible after sales customer service and the company are not interested in dealing with any problems. I would not buy anything from this company, poor quality product and diabolical customer service.”
