“My new lamp is a beautiful addition to the new house.couple of things I would change though is the wire to be clear as it is too long to hide. The two white wheels inside the lamp I would also change colour of as you can notice them when sitting down. However for the price, I can't really complain”

“The lamp looks lovely however it was very difficult working with the shade. The 'self adhesive strip' was superglue on and there was no way of peeling off the strip to reveal the glue. We had to use a stanley blade to get it off and use our own glue to stick the shade together. Really a big hassle”

“Didn't read the details properly to see that you have to assemble the lampshade yourself, which is extremely fidgety and impossible to align perfectly. The shade doesn't sit properly either so I have a wonky lamp. Looks so much better in the picture”
“Nice option on a budget! The lamp itself is great, it screws together very easily and looks much more expensive than it is. The shade is a bit cheap looking, it’s quite difficult to line it up without any of the Velcro showing and the gold insert is a bit tricky, there’s also a line of light at the top and bottom as the insert doesn’t sit flush against the shade. Not overly worried as I will probably replace this at some point which will still be cheaper than buying just the base elsewhere. I’ve seen similar for three times the price as a basic price point!! Overall for the price a very good purchase and I’m happy”
“considering I paid £25 it is fantastic. Quite sturdy and looks lovely. Obviously you cant compare it with a more expensive lamp and you can see it's not the best quality. The copper lining is paper and doesnt line up and the instructions are a bit ropey but I'm not complaining. the legs come in 3 sections perleg which just screw together which means you have some options. I chose to make the while things taller rather than having the copper bits sticking out of the top. I wanted to order another but the price has gone up the £37 but I'm not sure I like it that much so decided against.”
