“I am happy woth this lamp for my sons room. The multiple levels give a good light for us to sit in the armchair next to his bed and read him stories and also over his bed for him to read to himself. I expected the duck egg shade to be a darker colour from the picture, it looks a little washed out, so is less bold than hoped, but overall, the colours work well.”

“This was bought as a birthday gift for my son who loves it but is having problems with the switch.
Despite having an email saying I would be emailed when the item was despatched and be given a tracking number this did not happen. I had paid for next day delivery and it was just before a bank holiday so I rang to check, I was told it had been despatched and was due to arrive that day by 6 pm with Hermes, I was not given a tracking number. 6pm passed so I rang again and got a tracking number, which showed it was out for delivery, my son was in his house as were other housemates but no one heard the supposed delivery attempt at 18.34! ( I’ve had this issue repeatedly with Hermes myself, I’m not sure if they actually do try to deliver) the item was returned to sorting and then delivered the next day on a bank holiday. Thankful that it actually arrived as Hermes lost my parcel previously, but it was somewhat stressful having to chase around to find out details when I should have just been sent a tracking number in the begining”
