“The product is okay however the customer service isn’t great. I ordered an item and then saw another two matching products so I ordered them too. I did the two orders within half an hour of each other’s so I contact Iconic Lights immediately to ask them to ship them together as they would be coming at the same time anyway. It took them until the next day to respond to my email and it was a straight NO. There seemed to be no acknowledgement that I was wanting to give then more money and it was my first order with them. I have recently moved house and I am refurbishing it, I would of like to of used this site for more purchases and to recommend them on my Insta house page but unfortunately customer services needs to be much better for me to recommend anyone buying from them. A good company with good customer servcie would easily rectify this to ensure customer satisfaction and return custum.”
