“I oredred two of these table lights, both came and one shade was badly damaged in transit. To be fair we rang up and they sent out a replacement in two days without any questions. Packaging needs to be reinforced as this would deter me from buying in the future, the replacement item they sent, the packaging was again damaged , luckily the shade survived”

“Bought these for my mum who loved mine. Lovely lights butn she was a bit disappointed (hence 4 stars) that we received the smaller lamps. Not a very obvious distinction on website between small and large and price the same and height dimensions same too but look different to large if u can spot the difference on the base. Shame wasn't what she really wanted but good service, well packed and nice lights.”

“Ordered 2, arrived in good time however when assembled 1 stopped working after 60 seconds. Called customer services and was told another would be dispatched, which it was almost immediately. Well done to customer services, not so much to their Quality control!. The remaining light works well (so far) just waiting for its mate to be delivered.”
