“the light would have perfect had it been the correct size but it was only 235mm rather than the 280 stated. next to the other light we bought which was 300mm it was really obvious. I rang customer service but they said they just go off what the manufacturer tells them and they didn't have a larger size shade. bit disappointing as the electrician had already wired all the lights in and I didn't want to send it back so I bought a balloon cage shade for it and it looks lovely”

“Came with please of flex which was easy to modify to the desired length. Easy to install with screws, Rawl plugs and bracket included. Self insulating connector block was a bit fiddly, but soon mastered. Supplied instruction sheets were simple and self explanatory. The whole assembly and installation was a breeze, a child could have done it (almost), with sufficient space in the ceiling rose to contain all of the wiring and connector block. The glass bowl is a little on the small size, ideal for a bedroom but not as a centrepiece or focal point in a larger room. The whole assembly looks and feels very robust and should last for many years. I would recommend this product to anyone!”
