“The pendant itself is lovely and makes the room look beautiful when switched on, however i feel the packaging let everything down...there was nothing in the box keeping the pendant secure, no bubble or air packaging so when taken out of the box i had to fix 11 of the crystals back on, which was quite fiddly. There was alot of visible finger prints on the crystals so i also had to polish before putting it up, which again was a pain.”
