“Nice enough, but I'm not sure why Iconic lights bothers to have the "ask a question" feature on each product page. I had a question that would've been really useful to have an answer to before ordering, but 5 days later and still no response.
On top of that, every time I place an order they seem to then send me a code for free delivery, which I know is an incentive to order more but quite honestly just annoys me when I've paid for delivery. Typical marketing. Wouldn't it be refreshing if someone did it differently?”
