“I am happy with the lamps BUT received 2 shades that had to be replaced as arrived completely crushed. However the customer service I received was excellent and I was sent replacements quickly. I did explain at time that the shades had been packaged inadequately and needed protecting. The last shade I received had proper packaging so improvement made.”
