“Don’t get me wrong, if you can get the consistency right, it does a great ombré, but unfortunately I am not able to offer it as a service as I spend more time getting it to operate consistently than doing the actual manicure! It comes with virtually no instructions, and I’ve watched a heap of YouTube clips. They suggest 5 drops of acetone to 2 drops of gel polish, but that really depends on the thickness of the polish. There are several nozzles you can turn but no instructions as which way does what, so there’s lots of guess work, and unless you’re using it daily you forget which way to turn them to get the desired affect next time you use it. Cleaning thoroughly after each colour is Essential, and at the end of each use. Feeling frustrated.”
