“#1 - the bottle is not as pictured. It is not a clear bottle and the brush is a horrible design. Bottle came sealed shut, had to open with hot water and the brush was hard as a rock. They sent a replacement brush but it was no better. You use on one nail and it hardens again no matter what you do. I have taken all the advice - let the activator dry for two minutes, still hardens, wipe with alcohol first, still hardens, wash with water and completely dry, still hardens. Their base coat is amazing, the powders are amazing. The top coat - i would not recommend. I don't have this issue with other brands so I know it isn't an application error.”
