“The gel base and activator did NOT harden the dip powder. I had to use other dip liquids. They will not send me a replacement. A YouTuber complained about the dip liquids not working and they sent her a replacement very promptly. The gel beauty brand has many beautiful colors but the product overall is very inconsistent. They need to sit down with their lab and crack down on their quality control. The lids of the Dip&Dap are different. The gel polish bottles are inconsistent; there are bottles that are black packaging and others bottles that are white. I had a DD powder that was not as full as the others I ordered. There is a major marbling issue. So far I have had Lemon Sorbet marble on me while using it as dip. Cayman Island 025 does NOT match. The gel and polish are two different shades.”
