“I received the marble ink collection and the tops weren’t secure. Some of the tops weren’t twisted on at all. So after I opened the box, I had a complete mess all over my hands & nails. Ink was all over each package that the marble ink came in as well as the tops. A lot of the ink spilled out into the box. I have 6 bottles with barely any ink and IGel said this happen with shipping and hasn’t resolved the issue yet. When I clearly told them this wasn’t a shipping issue, it’s a packaging issue since the tops weren’t on good.”
“I was supper excited to get the hole collection with such great variety’s this brand has to offer. Most of the collection came out okay..except for the shade i looked forward for the most..it didn’t come in broken at all it just wasn’t sealed correctly all the way Nd spilled inside of the package Nd on some items in it. Love the product..hate how it’s been sent out without being sealed all the way like the rest. Check it out if you want to buy the items but be aware there’s a chance yours can end up like mine.”
