“I've had this drill for almost 6 months and it randomly stopped working properly. the drill starts and stops when it wants to, you have to hold it in a certain position for it to work and once you start off good it'll start skipping. I took great care of the e-file I never dropped it or handles it improperly. when I first got the e-file it worked great but now it just sucks! if you're looking to have replace your e-file in under a year I say go for it but I cant afford to have to continuously replace my e-files. very disappointed with this purchase. As far as the warranty on it it doesn't cover much without you having to pay out of pocket to have it fixed which could add up to the original coat of the e-file itself. look else where for better longevity.”

“I am so annoyed. Used my drill 3-4 times and it’s broke! Never been dropped! I know I should have purchased another brand but a coworker said she had the model before then so I took a chance. You email them to try to get it fixed and they take their time following up! I just left it in my bag! Worthless!”
“When I first got my drill, I was in love with it. It was really good then just now I'm using my drill to file my nails down and I set it down to go do something and I made sure to turn it off. I turn back around to use it and see the piece that I use to file my nail is broken off and the long silver piece is stuck inside. This is terrible can't even finish my nails they look weird without a file to them. I also got their nails terrible; the nails don't even stick to my nails.”
