“Oh my goodness!! I am in love with this No Cleanse Top Coat because it d does not take long to keep that shine straight from the lamp. Most, you will have to cool in front of a fan for at least 2 minutes. With THIS, I cool it off in 30sec, or while the other hand is out of the lamp, it's cooling and keeping the shine. When clients use my sugar scrub with nourishing oil, all I do, is take a clean dry lint-free wipe or paper towel and wipe the oils off, and I literally can hear a squeaky clean sound and the nails are SHINY, even when they come back!
