“I’ve ordered from this company twice now and both times I’ve had issues. First not getting email confirming my orders. Also the shipping takes FOREVER with this company. It says that orders usually ships in 3-5 days but both times I’ve ordered from this company that hasn’t been the case.”
“VIP Pass - if an order is received by 3pm, it ships the same day. They don't just get your order together, but they ship it the same day. Great! However, that's not what happened. I placed an order on a Saturday with the VIP pass. Monday was a holiday. I knew that my order did not count as being received until Tuesday (no weekends/holidays count), prior to 3pm, and should have shipped same day, and I was fine with that. USPS received the pre-shipping notification that a package was going to be shipped, but USPS did not actually receive the item to be shipped until Wednesday night. If I have to pay to receive a package in a normal timeframe (5-7 days), then I expect the parameters of the deal being offered in exchange for a price to be met when I have honored my end of the deal (paying). When I requested a refund of the $5, which is what they guarantee - shipped same day, not shipped in 2 days - it took 20 minutes and what amounted to me having to "make the case" about why an electronic pre-shipping notification with no item received does not equal my order being shipped out the same day. I like your products but the customer service about that VIP pass left a bad taste for me. If you are counting a pre-shipping electronic notification to USPS as "shipped same day," then it's disingenuous. The word "pre" is a prefix, which means before...before shipping. So I hope that is not the case. I would still recommend the pass because without it, you won't get your order for a couple of weeks.”
“I stumbled upon Igel during the early stages of the pandemic like so many other people have! i def spent a lot of time combing through every color and looking up tutorials, and searching the Igel page for the perfect adds to my collection! I have been so impressed with the quality of every single product that i have purchased and find that when a product doesn't work for me there is always someone in the community handing out tips for giving advise on how to work with the products. SO while i am reviewing the great products I would also like to give a huge stamp of approval to the Company and the community that has been built around it!
