“I bought this candle as a gift and my godmother loved it. I went with earrings and they were lovely.
I am disappointed that there is no gift option on the site. I asked for a note to be placed in with the candle, pretty standard for most sites, it was not. It makes for an awkward 'did you get your present chat'. This slightly ruined the process for me.”
“Having recieved £60 of vouchers I proceded to pay for the postage. Id forgotten my paypal password so changed to pay by card. This then charged me for the candles. Having explained to a lady what had hapoened she said I could get the refund and they would use the vouchers. However I am now told they cannot refund me but give me £60 of vouchers!!! This then leaves me £60 out of pocket and £120 of vouchers sitting there. Which I do not want...I want to use the original vouchers I was given and recieve my £60 back that I was charged for the candles... I am now going to trading standards to enquire what my rights are. At no point if the process was I told changing the postage option meant a whole new transaction and order. .not a happy customer..and to make matters worse the ring in the candle looks like an engagement ring so will never be worn..”
“Great communication and helpful with enquiries. Imperial candles look after you and make you feel like a valued customer. The candle smells amazing unlit, and devine when burning.
