“Paid extra for premium delivery in time for Christmas and received the item yesterday on 10th Jan. Have emailed twice regarding this and they won’t even refund the delivery even though it was for between 2-4 days and I have waited this long. Absolutely appalling service. Have ordered 3 times from them and my sister has purchased 4 items and all jewellery items out of 7 have been £10- £20. Pretty poor when cheapest candle cost £30 and what is supposed to be a premium delivery service that is extra £5.99. Will not use again”
“I am unable to review my Imperial Candle as I haven't received it yet. UK Mail tried to deliver it on Monday but couldn't as it needs to be signed for and I was at work. I arranged for it to be redelivered today as I was working from home. The driver came and sat outside my building for around 20mins before driving away without even trying to deliver my order. He then came back around ten minutes later, sat outside the building again smoking in his van for around five minutes before driving off again. He made no attempt at all to deliver my parcel. I am extremely angry and annoyed that almost three weeks after placing my order I still have not received my Imperial Candle.”
