“I never received my candle as they were over sold when I placed my order. Very disappointed and then to receive a email months later to say it has been dispatched and asking for a review. Normally I love the service from imperial and the products but not sure what's going on at the moment”

“This was my first purchase from Imperial Candles and it was a present request. I was very disappointed to receive the candle in a damaged condition (broken glass) and even more disappointed that Imperial Candles could not replace it or even offer an alternative. My only option was to repackage the broken candle and return it for a refund but there was no compensation offered for this disappointment ands inconvenience. It is too early to receive my refund so I can't say that has happened either. This is my first experience with Imperial Candles and I willl NOT be using them again: they cannot package their goods to arrive intact and customer service is indifferent.”
