“Great scented candle. Have a silver ring in it. This is the third candle I've purchased and third silver ring but has increased in value from £15, £20 to £40. Won't complain as the product is fabulous and rings are pretty. Here's hoping for a gold one lol.”
“When the Candle finally arrived I was able to appreciate the work put into these. This was a Christmas present (late) for my mother and she loved it, it did have a crack through the wax however where the cold had reacted between the glass and wax, burning it hopefully shouldn't be an issue.
The bad points I would say that the customer service / communication needs to improve, 72+ hours is not acceptable. I understood it was Christmas however I waited more than double your allocated production time for this to be dispatched, I had to contact you twice before it was suddenly dispatched last minute which then it failed to arrived due to the incompetent delivery service you chose, So I would also recommend using a different courier.”
“My wife was very disappointed with her present as when purchased I selected a blue stone that was clearly displayed next to the winter wonderland candle. What we received was a very small ring with two tiny yellow stones in . What I ordered was totally different to what we received. I understand that gifts may vary but there is a big difference between blue and yellow .
thought your product was a great idea at the time but ,totally disappointed with what we received.”
“I had to wait for two weeks which I didn't mind doing but the customer service was abysmal, I sent them several emails which I had no reply
they didn't give me a delivery date or time frame until the day it arrived which was a pain
The candle is vanilla scented which isn't mentioned anywhere
so in short not impressed.. reluctant to purchase another candle :(”
