“i was very happy with the service and delivery however wen the candle was light and blown out for the first time both wicks was like a thick black stump and when it was relight it poured out with black smoke and discoloured the candle a blackish colour with black bits everywhere and the scent turned from a nice plecent smell to a toxic kinda of smell which along with the black smoke set my room smoke alarm off. This is the first time I have ordered I love the idea but the candle was a let down and I would say also dangerous if left unattended in this circumstance.”

Earring bent can't be worn
And candle keeps going out as wick is to short so keep having to empty it after ever use!!!”
“Candle was given as a birthday gift and the smell was the first thing they noticed, once I informed them there was a piece of jewelry inside they couldn't wait to light it! Haven't got the jewelry yet so the surprise is still to come, lovely gift for the tricky birthday girl!”

“The products are amazing and great value for money the perfect gift. However the delivery sevice was shocking, I paid extra for next day delivery and I rearranged the time was messes about, called and got passed around. Spoke to the depo and he couldn't keep his story straight, told me it was delivered nd signed for, unable to deliver and being returned all in the same conversation and then put me back to customer services. After 5calls to costumer services and emails back and fororth took a week for me to finally get the candle. Dpd really let you down such a brilliant product but such an awful delivery sevice.”
