“Purchased a candle for a friends birthday - on their website they state 3/5 day delivery - once purchased the confirmation said 5/7 day delivery - which would be too late for the birthday - I phoned and no reply just an answer machine saying I couldn't leave a message as their inbox was full - so I emailed to cancel the order. I revived a generic email back saying the offices were closed until 7 July. I went through Paypal and sent a message to cancel the order. Once they were open again, I phoned 11 times to still get the answer machine inbox full I couldn't leave a message . Given that I had cancelled the order in adequate time I was totally amazed they had not acted on the emails that I had sent. I received an email stating the order was dispatched - on the first day that they were open again. I again emailed and was told that I could return it for a refund - at my own cost! So I had to pay for delivery and returning and am a very disgruntled customer that you have not acted upon my instruction to cancel given adequate notice. I would. It recommend as they are impossible to contact.”

“I bought this candle for a friend, so cannot comment on how it smelled, or how long the candle burned for. I can comment on the texts of pure joy that I received from my friend. I had a message when the foil pouch was first visible. I had a message that she'd got it and was waiting for it to cool down, and I got a ton of photographs of the beautiful necklace that was inside.
I was concerned that my friend wouldn't like the gift once the pouch was opened, because you never really know what you're going to get, but I shouldn't have worried as my friend adores her necklace, and now I wished I had bought one for myself.”
