“My daughter brought this bath bomb with some of her Christmas money, she loved it! It’s such a dramatic ‘fizz’ and turns the water a lovely bright colour... and the smell? Amazing!! Also the toy in the middle was a shopkin, which pleased my daughter no end! She’s very happy with her purchase”
“Have placed 2 orders with imperial candles and both times the delivery service has been appalling. Last time I finally received my products 2 weeks after xmas (when they were supposed to be xmas presents and I ordered 2 weeks before). This time I still havent received it after missing the delivery and not being able to rearrange it due to reference number on card being incorrect. I also phoned imperial candles and had no reply from them, only to have an email saying that I had to pay to have it redelivered. I had no choice but to pay as was a birthday present for my daughter, which is now late. Such a shame as the actual products are amazing, just lousy service from both dpd and ukmail.”
