“Not the fault of imperial candles themselves but the courier company they use- my parcel was supposedly delivered on 8th Feb, I have not received my item, no slip has been left to say if left in safe place or with neighbour, and I have cold called all my neighbours looking for it. Still no parcel, lodged a complaint with UK Mail and still no response, unfortunately will not be ordering from here again if this is the courier they use, as I am now out of pocket with no birthday gift for my friend.”
