“I initially though my this was a lovely birthday present! The candle itself has such a lovely smell and quite strong! However when it was received the box was damaged quite badly. Luckily the candle inside was okay. I was very disappointed after waiting 10 hours to reveal my jewel. I understand that it’s luck of the draw and the jewels start at £10 upwards however I didn’t expect to have something which looked quite cheap and like costume jewellery which you could buy for under £5 :( I’m not difficult to please with jewellery.. but it’s not something I would wear! I’d be dubious about spending the extra to get this again!”
“Uk mail are hopeless.Was hoping to receive this sooner as it was a present, but my delivery was delayed and when I made a new date for it on weds 27th it still failed to be delivered and was actually sent back to the depot. I realise this isn’t actually about my purchase Imperial Candles but something needs to be done about uk mail and their terrible service. Carrie”
