“I prepaid all the optional tours and when my daughter cancelled the trip due to unforeseen strike at her work, Indus Travel should have told me that I could have given the trip to my sister. One of the local guides told me this when the tour was over. I can't believe that Indus does not care about their customers at all. Now I lost the money I paid for the whole trip even if I purchased travel insurance.”
“Our original contact with Indus over the internet showed a 3 night stay in Dubai but received only 2. Had to spend close to 7 hours in Dubai hotel lobby before our airport pick-up home. Should have been on our optional Dinner Cruise then, but instead for no apparent reason it was moved up 2 days when we did indeed have a hotel room to sleep in.”
“The cost for the actual tour was fine. The optional excursions were both disappointing. If we travel with Indus again we would want to have more information before booking extra excursions.”
