“My parcel arrived quite promptly and in good order. The only issue I had was that I was notified by Sendle, parcel deliverer, that it could not be delivered at my home address but would be dropped off at a collection site. I was then given a list of collection sites to choose from. This was a little inconvenient as the mail is delivered to my semi-rural location but apararently cannot be delivered by Sendle. But apart from that it was delivered with me having to travel into town to do a pickup. So 5 stars fro Industrie but only 4 stars for Sendle.”
