“The good: Industrie Music price matches and saved me $10. The chair I purchased is of good quality and value The bad: The chair arrived was damaged. The plush chair combustion was punctured with something sharp during transit as it wasn’t packaged too well. The item stated it would leave between 1-4 days from payment. The item was intact shipped 8 days after payment. An email was sent informing of my dissatisfaction, which was never responded too. Summary: I will buy On Stage products as the damaged wasn’t fault of the manufacturers. However I will not be purchasing from Industrie Music in the future.”
