“I ordered my guitar and hard case Friday afternoon, received an email to say thank you for my order and other details, this was an immediate thumbs up for me as I had tried to order from another store and had a terrible time with zero communication so I ended up canceling the order (turned out to be the best thing as I got a better guitar). My orders were ready to pick up Tuesday but I was unable to pick up in store so I had it delivered to me Wednesday. Can’t say enough good things about the amazing service I received from the team, I was kept up to date on my orders and really felt like a valued customer.
