“I first fell in love with the Rose Street blend after drinking a flat white, perfectly brewed and poured at the Industry Beans roastery in Fitzroy almost a decade ago. I since have chased it down from other cafes and have my 'safe coffee spots' all over the city (where they pour Rose St) mapped out in my head. I've been ordering Rose St for home since the lockdown years and it's never failed me. I now drink it with soy and brewed from a stovetop espresso pot, and despite that not being the greatest coffee flex, it still sings. The blend is easy to drink, yet interesting enough for true appreciation, prepared any way. LOVE IT!”
