“The roasting date was very fresh, only several days before I received.
I really like its unique balance between beautiful floral, sweet fruit and rich chocolate flavour. Perfect with full cream milk.
However, this one has a horrible problem: it has stones!! I’d never thought there would be any strange things in coffee beans because I only bought famous/trustworthy roaster’s beans and I’d never met this situation before until yesterday — the second time I ground this one — strange noises when grinding and I found some tiny stone pieces in the ground coffee so I had to check the inside of my grinder then I found a whole stone..! I was totally heart broken and extremely worried about my newly bought grinder..!!! Since this time my grinder sounds slightly abnormal when grinding even after I cleaned inside. And now it’s still weekend so the technician hasn’t reply me yet, leaving me sadly with the lost happiness of making perfect delicious coffee.
To sum up, this beans themselves are definitely worthy because of its high quality flavour. Regretfully, it’s also totally unworthy because of the strange things within it which may easily damage your expensive grinder just in seconds.”
