“I'm sure they had a good reason for it, but they didn't pay attention to the request to add a silver/grey border if the picture wasn't sufficiently sized or of proper resolution to fit the entire pad. Rather than use the silver/grey, they bordered it with a black border, which looks fine, but is a bit harsh. Since they already printed the mouse pad, it didn't feel right to have them print another one simply for this reason, but it did leave me feeling slightly dissatisfied. Hopefully in the future they'll pay attention to the information a user enters! Other than that small detail, it was quite well made. An excellent gift!”
