“Ordered 6 custom-printed dice bags for gifts to commemorate the finale of a game of Curse of Strahd. The intent was to use a landscape image from the web of the Barovian wilderness under a foggy night with Castle Ravenloft protruding above the forest on a distant peak. The visual guide provided on the product page is too low in resolution to make out the text instructions, leading me to intuit the layout of the image on the upload page. I figured I had the castle well within the trim line but it was entirely absent in the final product, seemingly lost beyond the seam and resulting in just the forest under foggy sky. A nice image, sure, but missing the key visual element. Please replace the trim guide with a higher resolution image with readable text.”
